Brittany Adams brings over a decade of experience in customer service, retail operations, and sewing machine expertise across academic and commercial environments. Brittany Adams brings to Warmilu hands-on sewing and product knowledge through her work as Store Manager at Viking Sewing Gallery, where she managed inventory, directed staff, and planned and led classroom-style sewing machine demonstrations and lessons for customers. She also served as a Research Associate at the University of Michigan Flow Cytometry Core, where she performed critical research activities and provided front-line customer service. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Writing and English from Northern Michigan University. Fun Fact: Brittany, like Leon, sews cosplay costumes, has her own Etsy business making custom weatherproofed car decals, and she has been cosplaying for over 20 years.
