Erin Donnelly is Senior Manager at Warmilu, where she leads cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, business development, strategic partnerships, and continuous improvement. Since joining the organization, she has played a key role in scaling programs, managing remote teams, and advancing Warmilu’s mission to improve maternal and neonatal health worldwide.
Outside of Warmilu, Erin is the CEO and Co-Founder of NeoNest Global, a nonprofit focused on expanding access to neonatal warming solutions in under-resourced communities through the development of a battery powered transport incubator. Her career has been driven by a passion for developing affordable, impactful healthcare technologies that improve access, quality of care, and patient outcomes around the world.
With more than six years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 40+ people across domestic and international settings, Erin specializes in building high-performing teams, optimizing workflows, and translating complex challenges into actionable solutions. At Warmilu, she has successfully managed and mentored remote interns, MBA and BBA teams, and cross-functional collaborators, helping drive organizational growth and strategic execution.
Erin’s technical background includes medical device research and development, quality management systems, and verification and validation testing, with extensive experience working within ISO 13485-regulated environments. She holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
